Estimate the fair market value (FMV) Revalu pays for your retiring fleet, the cost to deinstall and recover it from your sites, the tracking, grading, data wipe and deployment charges, and the ESG outcome for your reporting. All figures are NZD, excluding GST.
Add each model in the outgoing fleet. FMV is the price Revalu pays per device delivered to our door at 15 Sheffield Street, Paraparaumu, set by model and condition. The list covers business models from 2016 onward, and older fleets still carry value. The rows below are an example fleet; replace them with your own.
Add each location and how many of each asset type are there. Revalu can deinstall the devices on site, package them, and bring them by secure transport back to a Revalu depot. FMV in step 1 assumes devices arrive at our door, so this is the cost of getting them there.
Used equipment loses value every month it stays in service. Set how far away the handover is to see what the fleet will be worth then.
Enter how many replacement devices you are rolling out, then choose the services you want Revalu to handle. Untick anything your own team will do.
Revalu reports these figures for every collection. This preview is worked out from the fleet in step 1: working devices are reused or refurbished, and Grade D devices plus the share you expect to be recycled are dismantled and recycled to R2 standards.
ESG reporting is unticked in step 4, so this report is not included in the estimate.
The carbon figure is an estimate using the per-device factors listed under Assumptions. Your ESG report gives the measured figures for each collection.
